Mavis Tires & Brakes

Helpful and quick service. I had to be towed here with a flat tire late in the evening at 5:30pm but Anthony said they could help right away. Grateful to get back on the road so quickly. *** Update that I had to return as my tire was making a noise a day after their repair. They fixed the issue (dust shield touching brake rotor) and told me I needed rear brakes replaced. This other guy told me when to come back in Wed or Sun to get a deal and said you don’t owe me anything (for the second tire fix) except for a return visit and complimented my appearance. Yesterday my serpentine belt gave out a week after visiting this shop. There is a line where it appears to have been cut. I cannot say for sure but this shop was the last place I visited before this happened. Be careful!

Went in for a wheel alignment after purchasing new tires elsewhere. They continuously lied to me. After I left, the vehicle started making a klunk that I had never heard. My Husband took it back right away and they still continued to lie. Pretending they checked, while just moving the vehicle around the building. My Husband insisted that they put the vehicle back on the alignment rack to double check. They tried to blame everything but their work. The tech pretended the lock down bolt was tight and it was not, my Husband told him to try it again and it turned many many times. He knowingly tried to deceive my Husband to his face and chose his pride and ego over my family’s safety. Lo and behold after further deception, with my Husband’s help, they located and tightened multiple parts of our suspension that their alignment tech left loose. The klunk is now gone. My Husband is a retired ASE certified mechanic, I feel bad for folks going here and do not have someone knowledgeable like my Husband to step in. This is all in addition to the tech driving my vehicle recklessly around their building and the block. As well as making my vehicle smell like rotten McDonald’s and leaving dirty

I was so worried that I would not be able to make the drive home, but they showed me the best care and got me out in less than an hour. Truly remarkable service and I will always trust them with my tire needs.

Great people and service. My husband needed 4 trailer tires on a Sunday afternoon for our family vacation and the manager stepped up to help make it happen quickly to assist with mounting the new tires so we could get on the way to our vacation!! So appreciative of their customer service!!

Yesterday (5/11/26) was the second time I needed help quickly to get me home as I work 2nd shift. I showed up right before they were closing. The manager immediately had a genuine concern that if they don’t fix it, I had no place else to go. Their bays were full, so he had me pull up and took my tire off my F250 old school in the parking lot using a standard jack. The leak couldn’t be plugged so he didn’t hesitate to patch it. He didn’t complain, grunt, or groan. He was very professional and friendly the whole time. Everybody there - all employees were very friendly. I was expecting an expensive bill but it was like $34.00. They obviously didn’t do it for the money. They did it because I needed help. I will go back again and again.
